The major indexes had their biggest Fed Day rally since last July. The counter-trend rally led to the DJIA retesting its 200-day MA, while the S&P 500 and NASDAQ moved closer to that same key level of resistance.

The technical condition of the market deteriorated further as the period ended. Several technical indicators are in negative ground with Short and Long-Term MACD bearish and momentum studies moving lower. While the DJIA struggles at support, its 100-day MA, the S&P 500 and NASDAQ ended the month below that key MA support level.
